Patrick Gillette

Patrick is an experienced advocate at both the trial and appellate levels. He has litigated cases across Colorado, in state and federal courts, and has secured millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements for his clients.

Patrick’s practice focuses on fraud and probate litigation. In his fraud practice, he represents victims of investment fraud, consumer fraud, and elder financial abuse, as well as creditors whose collection efforts have been hindered by debtors’ fraudulent transfers. Patrick has an established track record collecting judgments and extensive knowledge of the Colorado Uniform Fraudulent Transfer Act, under which he has prosecuted numerous cases on behalf of creditors seeking to unwind fraudulent transfers and hold transferees liable.
